Mtr. Alane Osborne was raised in the Episcopal church at St. Michael in Lexington, Ky. As a child she was a lector and acolyte. Though, the majority of her time was spent serving in the parish choir and their program with the Royal School of Church Music, eventually as Head Chorister. She received a Bachelor of Music from the University of Louisville (where she attended the Church of the Advent) and served for five years as a music therapist before stepping back to be a stay at home parent.

Her call to ordained ministry came during her time at St. Anne Episcopal in West Chester, Ohio, where she served as a Stephen Leader, choir member, and member of altar guild. She attended seminary at Sewanee: The University of the South, graduating in 2024. She was ordained in June of 2024 and joined Trinity on September 1, 2024 in her role as Diocesan Resident. She lives in Troy with her spouse, Kyle, and their two children, Clive and Fiona. She loves to sing, read, hike, knit, cross-stitch, and play tabletop role-playing games.

Joel Hootman joined Trinity in June 2025 as their organist. His earliest recollection of a love of music was sitting beside his mother on the old, out-of-tune Cable-Nelson upright grand, as she practiced her hymns for Sunday services at the family United Methodist Church in Polk, Ohio. Private piano study started with his aunt, Marjorie, and continued with Mona Hylton. Beginning organ instruction at the age of fifteen, Joel has been playing organ at a variety of churches since that time.

A retired educator, Joel holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Ashland University, and a Master of Arts in Teaching (Ohio Writing Project) from Miami University. Participation in the Ashland University Choir, along with professional study under organ professor, John Gilbert, and Piano Professor Elizabeth Pastor, influenced his love of music, especially church music.

He and his wife, Becky, a retired music educator, have served multiple churches together as organist and choir director. Living in Greenville, Ohio, they have raised three children, Josiah, Isaiah, and Jesse.

Kim Lee Joined Trinity in 2025 as the parish secretary. Church office hours are 9am-12pm M-F, all are welcome including your 4-legged companions.  Please call the office at 937-335-7747 with announcement requests or any inquiries you may have.

Walter Studebaker joined Trinity in 2022 as their sexton.

We give thanks for Char (and Gracie)

We give thanks for Char, our former Parish Admin who is retiring after 22 years of service to Trinity. And to Gracie, a gentle black Labrador, who was number one greeter at the church office.
